Let’s go virtual with trainings!

Roff’s commitment towards contractor training and engagement is a critical aspect of delivering last-mile servicing to our customers. In this context, Roff has been training thousands of contractors every year.

However, in the current times due to the pandemic, this agenda suffered road blocks. This did not deter Roff from continuing the training and engagement

Roff took the training from physical space to virtual medium.

The virtual meets are enabled by the Roff field team with the objective of training on product features, and the right application methods. The platform also enables interaction between the field team members and the contractor community where they can clarify their doubts and also share suggestions and feedback.

The objective of disseminating knowledge and keeping the contractors updated surely is being adopted by the contractor community at a much higher rate than our anticipation.
